pieNETWORKS Ltd operates a Network Operations Centre which is staffed 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Kiosk users, owners and site operators can call a 1300 number and receive top rate customer service. The Network Operations Centre staff have been trained in the operations of the kiosk and the supporting servers.

A series of remote administration tools are available to staff so they can diagnose and fix any problems. Software engineers are also at hand to take care of any issues that the Network Operations Centre cannot resolve.

On-site maintenance is outsourced to a third party, with strict Service Level Agreements, which are monitored on a weekly basis. Spare parts are stocked at their premises, and faulty equipment is swapped within the agreed upon resolution times.
