Mr Abery was formerly CEO of the HPM Group, President and CEO of Crown Castle UK Ltd. This UK organisation was purchased in September 2004 for £1.1 Billion and renamed National Grid Wireless, where Peter was Deputy Chairman for the last 6 months of 2005. Other roles have included Chairman of Freeview, a television broadcasting joint venture with BSkyB and the BBC in the UK, President and MD of Crown Castle in Australia, Managing Director of Vodafone Australia, and, he has held various senior management positions with Telstra.
Peter is a non-executive director of the listed companies Nomad Building Solutions Ltd, Norfolk Group and Pie Networks He is also a non executive director and chairman of the private company Salter Australia Holdings, and a non executive director of the not for profit organisation Ear Sciences Institute of Australia (ESIA). He was previously a non executive director of National Grid Australia, which was responsible for the Bass Link power transmission undersea cable, and also VEEM Engineering Ltd.
Peter has attended the International Senior Manager Program at Harvard Business School, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Directors, and a Member of the IEE (London).

Mr Gunzburg is currently Chairman of Fleetwood Corporation Limited and Executive Chairman of Eurogold Limited. He has a Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia and has previously been a director of Resolute Ltd, the Australian Stock Exchange Limited, Eyres Reed Ltd and CIBC World Markets Australia Limited.
Craig Ferrier - Non-Executive Director

Craig has over 15 years experience in corporate and financial management of listed companies. He was Company Secretary from May 2001 until early 2008. Craig is a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee.
Bill Zikou - Non-Executive Director
Mr Zikou has more than 35 experience in the telecommunications industry with 25 years in senior management and executive roles. He has extensive experience in Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing & Logistics, Technical Support & Field Services.
Mr Zikou’s immediate past positions were as the CEO of Ericsson South East Europe (consisting of 9 countries) and CEO of Ericsson Australia, New Zealand and Pacific islands. Roles with responsibility for over 2,000 staff and revenue generation in the order of $1 billion. Mr Zikou holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) and MBA from Melbourne University.
Mark Pitts - Company Secretary
Mr Pitts is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty five years experience in statutory reporting and business administration. He has been directly involved with, and consulted to a number of public companies holding senior financial management positions.
Mr Pitts is a Partner in the advisory firm Endeavour Corporate (Endeavour). Endeavour offers professional services focused on Company Secretarial support; corporate advice; supervision of ASIC and ASX reporting and compliance requirements; and commercial and financial support. Campbell Smith - Managing Director
Campbell Smith has twenty years experience in finance and sales and marketing.
He has been with pieNETWORKS since its inception, and is the first Managing Director of the company.
Campbell is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and the management of relationships with the company's key Australian and overseas business partners.
Stewart Snell - Chief Operating Officer
Stewart has more than thirty years professional experience, including twenty years experience in developing and commercialising new technology products for world markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Australian National University, majoring in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics.
He has been director of several companies and has lead business development projects in Australia, Europe, Asia and North America.
Stewart is responsible for the operational management of the company, including overseeing product and business development.
Bryan Paul - Retail & SME Sales Manager
Bryan has been with pieNETWORKS since its inception and has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and finance. Ever since Internet Kiosks were first developed in 1996, Bryan has been involved in all facets of their design, manufacture, sales and distribution (he even claims he had some part in the software development as well!). Bryan has been involved in the sales of pieLINK Internet Kiosks from day one and continues to focus on product sales nationally for the business.
Ohimai Mukanda - Financial Controller
Ohimai started his career as a graduate leadership trainee for Barclays Africa. At Barclays, he was country project manager for finance projects-Sarbanes-Oxley and international Financial reporting conversion. He later worked for the Zambeef group as internal auditor in Zambia and most recently as commercial manager for Zambeef’s west African subsidiaries in Nigeria and Ghana.
Ohimai is responsible for the management of the Company’s finance and administration functions.
Peter Barrow - Product Development Manager
Peter graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Peter has more than 20 years experience in designing software, and managing software development projects, for innovative new products intended for world markets.
He is responsible for development and technical support of the company's full range of products.
